Try and avoid a public fight with him. Lots of folks really do not want to see fighting.
Here are some options:
1. Just go ahead and delete him from your group if he impacts your bottom line.
2. You may want to give him a public warning, then go ahead and ban him from your fan club.
3. You may even need to moderate your fan club. That way YOU control what is posted.
Sometimes we have to cut out people who are antagonistic, even though they pay well.
I have banned great paying customers who leave less than optimal feedback on me. Its always a hard decision, but good reviews are important to me. |

Thanks honey... unfortunately I don't know who he is! That's the problem; I just know he's in my fan club because he's made that obvious by what he knows.
