Hello, I just found the website and am glad there is a place to communicate with other hosts from different places. I was just wondering if anyone has ever compiled a list of sites that have exclusivity agreements. It would just save time not having to read all of the fine print from the contracts when those sites could just be avoided from the beginning.
It's always good to have backup when the site you are on is experiencing technical difficulties or traffic is really slow so I won't work on sites that make you stay with them only. |

| iFriends kinda has one. You get 50% if you are exclusive and if you are marked non-exclusive they cut your pay to 35%. |

It's certainly a good idea.
From my experience, 99% of all sites want you to work for them exclusively, and almost all of the contracts I've seen include a paragraph where they ask you to agree to work for no-one else.
Flirt4Free and Streamray are two who spring to mind - they both have such clauses.
Having said that, I suspect a lot of girls just ignore that clause and work multiple sites anyway. |

I remember discussing this with the original owner of Streamray - Lars - and he told me it was fine for hosts to work for multiple sites. Then when I pointed out the clause in the contract he was like 'oh yeah, the lawyers made us put that in, I'll have to get it taken out'. But of course it was not -- basically I think sites are protecting themselves with this. If hosts will put up with it then they'll continue.
And as you say most hosts ignore it anyway so there are no complaints about it. Hence the status quo is maintained.

| Thanks for the advice! Streamray in particular is the one I was worried about, the way they word it in the contract it sounds like they are going to sue you if you try it. It's a shame that for every model that won't put up with that type of thing there are 3 others that will, or unfortunately have little choice. |

Ah indeed, it's the sad part of this business - the models who give it up for free or put up with things they shouldn't... they make life harder for the rest of us.
For instance, if all the girls stuck together and refused to work for less than 35%, sites would HAVE to pay that much at least. Going as low as 15% just to be at the top of the page is belittling yourself, if you ask me. Yet still girls do it. *sigh* |
