Imlive pays 30% to models are fucking smoking crack

That is true, and CC has a much better customer service. They reply in minutes, don't play dumb when they do no want to answer you and don't ignore your emails.
CC has many rules, but not so much idiot rules like ImLive, that asks so much from you, specially when they pay so little.

Yes it is true! I work at ImLive and I'm a top host, they are charging 1EUR around 1,5USD per 1 Imlive credits from European guys and pay us top hosts 0,35usd, I lost many VIP members from Europe, I sent to CS many e-mails, they say the costs in Europe are more expenssive now, But as I know all hosts in Europe or not still receiving 30 or 35% of 1usd or 1imlive credits. I love to work on Imlive In my opinion there is the best plataform but now I'm looking for another site to work, I'm sorry Sherry I know that you read this forum but Imlive did a big mistake charging more VIPs, and Golds members from Europe to bring 2 minutes guest... I hope that Imlive change it again and bring them back and pay us Imlive Hosts 35% from all guests from Europe.

Its all about competing for the bottom line. All websites have the right to charge as much as they want and pay hosts as little as they wish. I guess websites want to make as much profit as they can. One way to cash in on big profits is to skim off the percentage they pay their hosts. As long as hosts accept reductions in payoffs and bitch and moan in the websites' forum and send complaints to C/S, then the website is in control. They will keep skimming off the percentages from the VCH.

But when VCH's start searching for better sites, then the competition is going on!

The reality is that VCH's cannot plan on staying loyal to one site. We must keep moving. We must stay tuned for better sites. All the websites start off great, but they chip away from VCHs over time.

I would advise all VCHs to do the following:
#1- Create your own personal website, to keep customers abreast to which site(s) you broadcast.
#2- Stay connected to independent sites like Adult Webcam FAQ so that you can evaluate different sites.
#3- Do not remain loyal to any one website to broadcast.

Too bad "Sherry_Imlive" left so quickly, this could have been a good platform to communicate with disgruntled hosts - and others who just have questions. Maybe she was just used to having complete control over the site's forums where she could just delete any post that she doesn't agree with, and isn't used to a platform where the host's actually have the freedom to participate fully and voice their opinions.
Hopefully she will return, and be available for discussion.
- And hopefully hosts will try to have valid conversations with her and not just unload about everything they don't like and expect the answer they want. - And not say that she doesn't belong in 'chathost' chat, especially when she's been welcomed to participate by Hony.

Sherry_ImLive did not leave this forum . I am still here however my main role is to be dedicated to ImLive hosts, providing them with the best support while helping them to maximize their earnings on ImLive. The traffic on ImLive has never been better and we are in the midst of many campaigns driving massive amount of traffic to the site. As for the forums on ImLive which I run, they are an open platform for all the ImLive hosts, where they can express their opinion freely, make suggestions and even vent. Of course if posts contain offensive or foul language they are deleted but this only happens rarely. I will continue to relate to general issues concerning ImLive that come up on this forum but naturally my presence and concerns are dedicated to ImLive and its hosts. I've been spending more time on iFriends. I started out there, but left for awhile because of the technical problems. They have fixed a lot of those, traffic is going up again and they have a new platform. And they pay 50%. And you don't have the irritating constant guest chat like at other sites. They do have guest chat, but it's not the constant coming in and out like at other sites.

But I think ImLive rather screw their members too than actually care for them:

US customers: 1 dollar for 1 credit.
EU customers: 1 euro for 1 credit
UK customers: 1 pound for 1.3 credits

And when every host is still getting 30 $cent for every credit there is a huge part of the money from EU and UK customers that imlive is keeping in their pocket.

With the current conversions it is something like this:
US member is paying $1, host is getting $0.30
EU member is paying $1.55, host is getting $0.30 (1 euro is $1.55)
UK member is paying $1.50, host is getting $0.30 (1 GBP is $1.95)

Either let me have 1.5 credits for every euro, and have UK customers almost two credits for every pound or give us all back the $ and make it a lot more transparent.
No matter how many sweet words imlive is using, they lost my confidence in them.

Seems most of the talk here is about lowering the hosts % in order to increase traffic? Has this been happening for the vchs?
It only stands to reason that, if the site is increasing traffic? They are also increasing the sites profits!
So is it really justified that a lower % for the hosts, while increasing traffic will make the host more money? While implying they should work longer and harder.
Sounds like the other way around, increasing traffic while lowering the % paid for a vch's hard work, will in fact make who more money? More profit from increased traffic and lower payouts.
Just thinking out loud.
