as such she has an interest in projection a positive image of im live.
how ever she tries to make her spin sound it does not reflect the accuracy of the situation for hosts
less traffic is the reality on ImLive now and most hosts have not increased earnings and earnings have gone down more then the 5 % reduction in commissions so .
what ever way you look at it imlive has a lot to answer for when they take 70% and cant back up thier promises..

It is not secret that I work for ImLive as the Host Representative- as my nickname on this forum clearly indicates and my signature at the bottom of each post. However, this is about the only correct information in your post, the rest is simply not true. I am receiving constant feedback from ImLive hosts that there is an amazing increase in traffic and thus earnings as a result of our many promotions & campaigns.

this is a forum for chat hosts not im live employees..
I say this because you have a biased interest in im live your employed by the site to deal with hosts on behalf of Im live. The site pays you your salary to deal with the hosts so regardless of your title " chat host representative" which is misleading, you represent im live and thier interests first and not the interests of the hosts first and formost. One of your duties may be to keep the hosts happy but the the major part of your duties now is to keep the host in line and insure the policies of the site have as little effect as possible to the moral of the people who create the majority of the profits for the site... The Chat Hosts ! dressing up a 5% decrees in commissions as a briliant promo to drive traffic to the sight is a product of the management stratagy of im live and your role now is to make sure we chat hosts swollow it with out any disruption to the site..
Any bussiness that reduces the commissions of its sales force weather it 's business is insurence selling stocks bonds cars or even magazines door to door and in our case chat hosts, is a warning sign the business is in trouble due to mismanagment. asking sales people to work for less and in this case work more for less and then say the volume of customers has increased has little credability if the earnings of the hosts do not reflect your positive propagander.
earnings did not increase with a lowering of our commissions The same amount of traffic is not amazing.. whats amazing is you really expect us to ignore whats right in front of our eyes every day.. we earn less money then before...
Sherry your probably a nice women, but the truth is you have never worked as a host your an employee of the site and your here to look after the interests of im live not the interests of the hosts.
Ask your self this ; if managment reduced your salary then expected you would work longer hours to make up the short fall how would you view thier attitude towards you ? And would it be a fitting reward for your hard work to produce more for them and less for your self .

I have been clear about my place of work from the first post I replied to in this forum as I believe this forum aims to create open channels of communications between users, sites and service providers. I do not think that my job title is misleading, but clearly states what my position is for: the person that is dedicated to hosts issues on ImLive. ImLive is well aware of the importance of its hosts and appreciate immensely the hard work and the amazing efforts our hosts put in. On Imlive hosts’ interest are ImLive’s interests. When ImLive changed the commission, we ensured our hosts that we will be investing much more in bringing traffic to the site, enabling them to have more chances for paid video chat sessions for the same time they usually spend online – making their productivity better. We are glad to report that the data & numbers are clearly showing that the majority of ImLive hosts are earning now MORE for every hour online. Our forums and the feedback received from hosts also clearly indicates that too. I do not know if you have an active account on ImLive or not but if you do and you would like some help or advice on how to maximize your earnings on ImLive you are always welcome to contact me directly.

I can say i was quite dissapointed when I found out about the % decrease, but I can also say my earnings are the same, although i am working half the amount of time i used to work before. I have seen a major increase in the earnings of my hosts aswell - maybe it was just luck, but it has been constant so far, therefore I can't complain that much.
What really bothers me is the fact that European customers are no longer charged in $ but in E. So basically they pay 3.80Euro/minute to see me, but i still get 3.80$. It's very annoying hearing the ImLive reps saying that they convert E to $, because i know it for a fact european members pay my rate in Euro and there is no conversion whatsoever.

It is possible there are less hosts because of Easter (both Russian and Romanian) but I also believe many hosts are moving to other sites. I am extremely curious what Sherry has to say about the Euro/US Dollars conversion for european customers. It really bothers me to see the Hosts Forum on ImLive filled with complaints from hosts loosing their european regulars because of this, while Sherry and the CS reps keep repeating that the european customers are actually paying the same amount of cash. It's like they are calling us all stupid to our face, and that is simply rude. It is true that they did invest in new, more attractive webmaster campaigns meant to bring more traffic, but still...
Since one thing i hate most in life is to be taken for a fool, I actually turned LiveJasmin into my base site. ImLive used to have that function before, but the lies about the europeans, aswell as the loss of a few french and italian regulars i had for ages, got me really mad.

Today was cut off... I have lost on average about 25% of my usual earning revenue thats consistant since when imlive changed the % commissions and changed to the credit based pay system... and I have worked longer hours as well.
if your empathy is for imlive and not the chat hosts then your hosts reprasentative title is a farce, as we already knew.
If you have a real concern for the chat host situation talk to your bosses about how the site can deliver REAL results in our earnings not just repeat the manegment sanctioned propaganda you have been posting..
we can't eat im lives glass promises or pay our bills with ensured ? ( assured ) increased traffic .
p.s joining on the 23 of april specificaly to rebut the thread in favor of the site you work for is a very clear indication of what motivates your actions and were your true loyalties lie.. Sherry.

the punter pays in euro $...& ImLive does not even have the decency to convert it and pay the model in the exact amt of $ the customer paid....thats called shaving....

take you customers your regulars elsewhere, where they and you will be appreciated.....soon enough word will get around, amongst the regular customers.....spread the word to all your european customers that ImLive
is shaving your earnings....trust me when the word gets around, it will be ImLive and no hosts, and no customers.....take your customers with you elsewhere.
do not be a slave to a company who cant convert the euro that the customer pays....this company wants the models under slavery conditions....pathetic and despicable...good luck ladies.!
