new site

We're a new site (www.lovelycamgirlslive.com), we have a couple models that were part of the creation of the site, who will stick around for the long haul, but we're looking to obviously expand our models (which in turn would hopefully expand our userbase).

Is there an industry standard size where site owners can make contact with interested models? Are there any models around this site looking for a new site to work on? I think we're offering a decent rate at 55% for models currently signing up. We offer up to 70% if the models meet certain earning requirements.

Also any opinions on our site itself would be appreciated!
