Do you work weekends?

It seems a lot of guys are buying -- obviously it's the days of the week when they have free time.

But a lot of hosts seem to want to take the weekends off -- maybe do their own personal socializing. I know I'd rather spend weekends with friends and family, but is that turning away good business?

that is why we have the option of setting our own schedule, with sites like cams and ImLive having 400 girls on the site live each day weekend, holiday or not there is always going to be someone buying on weekends.

I don't really spend time with my family or friends so any day is a work day for me.

I work pretty much every day for now; I'm still in the process of trying to figure out my days off.

I've read in Psychology Today, for self-employed people, it''s best to have similar work time off as other people do who work for someone (your "better" employment jobs, you know the ones with unions), like having weekends or all bank holidays off, so as to be in sync with family and friends days off. It's good for emotional well-being. Humans are naturally social creatures so it's a healthy option for spending quality time with love ones.

Right now, I only have days off when it's that time of the month (this also has to do with my belief in womens' health and later in dealing with having a healthier menopause but that's another topic) and I have special days off for quality time with my boyfriend and friends. I don't have a day off just to hang out but only special days with a specific reason like to see a cool film or shopping for work clothes...It seems to be working for me.

I do prefer working both week days and weekends because you never know the traffic, plus it's good to be available for your clients any day.

But as I continue to make more and more money, this will shorten my daily hours (which I have started doing already), to have more time to spend even if it's just alone time to read a book (I'm a bookworm) or watch a film/TV in peace.

Doing webcam work is like having a job where one is always "on call". It's hard to really relax to read/watch TV because you always have to be ready to perform. It's nice to log off and not have to constantly think about work.

I'm sorry about me sounding a bit irritable. I was doing quite well in getting guests from MySpace but then they closed my account. plus other things made my day crappy earlier.

I work every single day, unless I am out of town. As soon as I arrive home, I am available. That is usually from 6pm to 6am. On weekends, I am usually available all day for both days when I am home.

I almost always work Fridays but tend to take Saturdays and Sundays off. I do work them sometimes though - all depends on what's going on and how much I've made during the week. I don't typically have a set schedule.

I've had weeks where I've been online all week and still made the same as I did working 4 nights a week. Of course I really only work on the 1 site. I've signed up for others but never use them. I guess I don't want guys to see me easily accessible. Maybe they should, I don't know.... I just work when I feel like it I suppose.

The weekends definitely seem to be the busiest though, especially late at night... I'm guessing lots of guys that aren't getting lucky after a date lol. I don't know.

I used to work Sundays and made bank. It's worth it, if you can fit the rest of your life around that sort of schedule.

These days, a Monday through Friday schedule works better with the rest of my life, so, I stick to that. Sunday is the day that my boyfriend and I finally get some one on one time.

Now, if his schedule changes again, I'll probably grab my Sundays back for working, and find a day during the week for play.
