www.seemode.com - new site - accessible from USA???

I posted about this site about a week or so ago.... A girl in Europe told me about it. At first, the only way to access anything was if I paid 4 euro. Then, I could see hosts in free chat without any type of account. Now, I cannot even access the site... When I go to the site, I get redirected to google. I have had the same thing happen on two different computers with two different IP addresses. Anyone in USA able to access this site??? I know it works since my friend tells me she is working on it even after I could not access it. Maybe it is only available to people in Europe but that seems like a poor business plan.
