| how much do the top cam sites pay? which site pays out the most for shows? ive seen sites that say theyll give the girl 35% and its like theyve got to be joking! |

iFriends. But then they have the most hosts as well so you find it hard to get viewers.
It is a complex trade-off between total traffic, competing hosts, price range at that site, percentage.
And the answer as "which is best" is *different* for different hosts.
You can't just expect to get a simple answer as which site is best -- if there was one clearly best site then everybody would go there -- then it wouldn't be best any more! |

hony, i'm always interested in learning, you made a statement...can you please elaborate on this...tia
this industry is a rather confusing thing for some of us who did not start when most veterans did....so many sites, so little information, what to choose where to go?....i can see this being very confusing for someone who starts today...
i do appreciate the veteran hosts taking time and sharing, i'm also aware that we are all different, and things may not be the same....most sites will not give you the % of your cut, until you go through all the paperwork only to find out, that it is 35%...i don't even know if that is a standard, if it is good or bad, or what?
i read up quite a bit, but some of the things that the models shared in 2006 don't apply today, and have changed, so some people will always seek answers, or something new...tia |

and when you go through all that paperwork youre now in contract with them. some sites say that you cant have a site of your own, this that and the other. and for 35%, screw them!

The big sites out there are changing to keep everyone happy members, models, webmasters and staff. so what models are getting paid very from what each website offers, some websites are offering programs for models to get paid in various ways i.e reffering new members or new models to the site, being online for a certain period of time or having contests.
so your never going to get a general answer anymore. and with so many models and studios on sites today, you really have to try out a webcam site for a period of time maybe about 3 to 6 months to really get a good idea of how they operate.
I have been on streamray for 4 years now will be 5 years in March, and they are constantly changing so models are happy with changing the webcam software, new ways of getting traffic, and now adding in a program where models can get paid for sending new models to the site and new members to the site as well for those new programs to work a model will have to have a website or blog of some kind to generate a buzz for models or new members to join the website, and the more models join a site the less of the pie of making big money to go around. but a website will never change their website intro for new models to join i.e make 10,000 a week or make 20,000 a month because the ones who work really hard and stick it out the hard times do make big money but now a days big money is really a comfort level for yourself. |
