Peekshows.com sucks: read my post to know why

Hello.

Let me explain why

1- They are using 3 video systems at the same time, which sucks and always they have problems in video

2- Models chat with admins more than they chat with members

3- Models are intersted in admins , so maybe peekshows should change their site name to models and admins only are allowed to chat

4- When you go private, the video freeze most of the time

5- Most of peekshows models left peekshows coz they are bored of beggars

I have noticed point 2 with increasing regularity. Funny, one of the rules when I was an admin was DO NOT TALK TO THE MODELS!!!!!

I guess that doesn't apply to people like Black... or Slave... anymore....

The other day, one model asked Black... if anyone in her room had credits and if not he should boot them. I never had privy to that information but that was a few years ago.....


That is one reason that if they are in a room, I leave. Models have lost my money because of them... oh well ... too bad.

Yes, seems to girls that admins are more important than members, in chat almost 80% admins chatting with the girls and admins keep jumping in green like they are the owner of the girls and kick from jealousy.

Admins talk sexual things but if a chatter talk sexual thing admins will kick him

most of peekshows are on another site so i am taking them private there and it is cheaper bettern than paying $6 per minute on peekshows

I've been a member of peeks for a long time and the site is totally in the toilet now. They supposedly have a suggestion/complaint page in which you can tell them what they need to do to better their site. I know I haven't been the only person complaining about the girls on the site and they still do nothing. Does peeks still have a vegas office and if so why aren't they hiring any girls?? I barely go on peekshows anymore because I know it's just going to be girls from South America on there maybe a couple of girls from Canada and few from some euro counties. I know one thing I won't see on there and that is american girls. I just wish that the old owners would just come back and take it over again.

Peekshows is probably finished as one of the elite camsites on the web. Their fallout/dissafiliation with Eurotica really hurt them. The best site right now has to be Flirt4Free. Most of the old Peekshows models went over there, anyway.

I just signed in into there a little while ago and less than 20 models were online. At the height of Peekshows popularity they would have between 45-70 models online at any time.

LiveJasmin is pretty decent also but until they make it manditory for all visitors to sign up, the free chat will continue to get overrun with beggars and spammers and to me that would make any experience awful.

i worked on peekshows for a month back in like 3 years ago or so. and I never really like them for many reason, the one thing I hated was getting emails from people who are affiliate with peekshows but they are contacting you under a different studio name.

it was like the head office couldn't keep track of who you are on the site to know if you a model or not, and you can forget about telling them to not emailing you they pretty much ignore it.

or peeekshows will terminate you as a model and not even if give you a valid reason why. then give you a hassle of sending your earnings. as for sites to work on as a last resort I go with peekshows and that is coming from a former model of that site.

I've been a Peekshows member for 4 years, and an admin for 2 years, so please allow me to reply:

1- Three video systems at one time.
They have that I believe, to reach the widest possible audience with low and high speed video (and FULL SCREEN video). It also accommodates the models' internet connections. Some models have really fast connections, while others have slower ones. Same with the customers. If they offered only the high speed options, the guys still on dialup wouldn't be able to see the girls.

2- Models chat with Admins more than members. Should read "Models chat more with members than anonymous guests". True statement. Models do chat with guys with names, even admins. Everyone is welcome there, but of course, the girl has to know who you are And models have favorites, just as customers do. Its called being a 'regular', and its part of the fun @ Peeks. Most girls are really friendly, and they're looking for fun and chat as much as a private show. On the other hand, a model is probably not going to expend much energy on a guy like this > guest12345: "Hey baby, show me your tits and I'll take you private for 40 minutes". You get out of it what you put into it, I think.

3- lol ! Models are interested in members who can take them in private. They're also into having a decent chat and a few laughs The greens are there to help members and models, and to help non members become members. And to keep the peace.

Yep, I've had it happen to me too. But it has gotten a lot better recently. No site is perfect because it is hard to maintain all those connections around the world - shit does happen. Flash 9 seems to help things out a lot. It is a free download on the Adobe site.

5- Most of Peekshows models left Peekshows coz they are bored of beggars
Well, only to go to a site with more beggars, lol. Other free entry sites have them too, so its not unique to Peeks. Someone mentioned LJ... omg Beggar Capital of the World. Peeks keeps the beggars in line better than most. And Peeks offers a free membership and a free 5 minute show to join and verify. F4F only offers a 2 minute private "an $11.99 value". If you're a member you don't need to be beg, and its hard to beat a free private show

6- Peeks has a downloadable chat applet for members which offers a full screen video chat experience. It is really unique because it is a true full screen display in high speed, with audio, and a smaller chat window.

No admin knows who has tokens on Peeks. While I'm at it, we don't get to voyeur private shows, and we don't get free tokens either.

In reply to pondy, I've been a member of peeks for around 7 years. I have seen the site change over the years, but like I have stated before the site is on the decline. And having one girl from the usa on each day in my opinion doesn't cut it when there used to be 6 or 7 on daily, or like 5 or 6 on at one time a couple years back. Yes, peekshows does have women from around the world on the site just not american women anymore. I haven't been on peekshows in a couple months so, maybe I'm wrong and they have hired more women from the US. I seriously doubt it. I had been complaining about this problem for over a year. Also the beggar problem was still bad last time I was on there. So, Pondy if they have hired some more american girls and its more than 2 on at once like it used to be I will come back on here with a apology. But until I still feel the same way.

I was only with Peepshows about 2 months. I thought the admins were great when you needed something, but this is NOT why I left.
They took out the option of being in the PRIVATE area only. At the time I was told I could be on other sites if I could keep myself in PRIVATE...
When they changed that option it made it just like the freechat at LJ,.... as far as beggars go. My studio said I could still be with Peep, but there was more beg than pay, so I quit like everyone else. Apparently the Corporate doesn't consider the votes of the admin and hosts to allow models the option to be in the PVT only area.... and PAYING CUSTOMERS DON'T LIKE BEGGARS EITHER. Not all of us are of the calibre that we NEED to stay in freechat to tolerate or babysit grown people. For instance, mine is like a cult-following and I rely almost solely on repeat clients. My repeat people always HATE to see the beggars as me and the guys I see are on the same page as far as liking the interactive sex/talk. And it is a no-brainer that I like the money with my pleasure, not NO money and NO pleasure via idiot stalking beggars who don't respect women or what we are doing.....

What is the deal with wanting american models? I find MOST (not all) american models to be the rudest on the net, they do nothing to make you even want to part with your hard earned money, while most asian(not all) columbian, east-indian models tend to get you worked up in free chat and finish you off in pvt.
while you open an american girls chat she is almost always in a position where you only see her face.
