I use http://www.fethard.biz
Someone has transfered you US dollars instead of your beloved Nicaragua cordobas? You don't need to kill this person. Just make an exchange at our bank and let this person live.

Use www.ikobo.com
its a secure debit card. only 1 problem. you place the money on the card an they have to mail the card to the person on the card. but i pay my girls threw it and they love it. they can use it at any atm or store that takes visa. also having a debit/credit card in Romania is a really really big deal. Beleve me my wife is from there. If you have a card then you are rich. so this little perk makes the girls get an ego boost when they use the card cause outside appearances mean alot there. just hope this helps. oh they charge 4% fee to send the money but if you have a card its free. so for $100.00 us its only $4.00 alot better then the $25 or $30 rip off from WU also once they have the card you can drop cash on it at anytime. |

As a matter of fact it's not such a big deal at all, you only need a bank account with $100 in it, and in 2 weeks tops you have your credit card.
I have 2 MasterCards, plus an iKobo card. Yes, i'm romanian, and i'm proud of it!
Well i can't say i am THAT rich though. |

I never understand where this "nobody outside USA has CC" idea comes from... Sure in some countries there are other/preferred payment methods (switch, eps, sms etc) but every industrialized country also uses CC.

Oh I'm an expert here.
So Romania isn't PayPal country? (10minutes, $10fee)
Next option is wired transfer, she will need account (3 hours, 1%fee)
Then it comes WU - and WU is fastest and most reliable (yet ripping off) money transfer service...
Other services I won't recommend (except moneybookers.com), 'cause of unreliableness. |
