To be honest looks like a scam as I tried to register myself and the confirmation code has been never sent to my inbox so i can go on with the registration process, when i wanted to RESEND the conf code the site told me my user name is inexistent to the site.
Also the contact details seem quite unprofessional, hotmail and Gmail...I aint trying to say that Gmail is not GREAT, guess you got my point.
