What's with all the fucking SPAM

There should be a room within Forum where folks can spam. I hate spam. Spam degrades the quality of a website.

I have founded many many Yahoo groups. Regardless of the genre, I always get spam. Because those spam messages to to members mailboxes, I have to moderate my Yahoo groups.

Moderating is very time consuming. I am online a lot, but I do not have the time to approve every single message. Hence, non-spam messages are delayed for approval. Therefore, now when a spam message is sent to my groups, I ban the spammer then I delete the message. Also all newbie messages are moderate. But, my groups are not as active as this site.

Hony should not have to fully moderate this site. People should have an honor system and not trash a site with spam.

You may want to email me Hony. I hate spammers. I have had Yahoo Groups since 1999. Back then, I never moderated them. Then in the 2000's, spammers hit big time! So, for all +20 groups I owned, I had to start moderating them. Its a lot of work, but the integrity of my groups had to be maintained. Spammers really can trash the best adult sites.
Today, I still maintain my groups but not all of them are moderated. However, new members are fully moderated as those are the spammers. So, my groups are pretty good. I do not censure what people have to say in my groups. I only control for spam.

I will not abuse that feature. I will only check for spam. No one will have to worry about me censoring them. We will resume enjoy adult-webcam-faq as a spam free site. I will not act on anything in the "Spam" section.

Thanks for the help.

For the record I do delete things occasionally that break the rules of the forum, even though they are not spam as such. Basically things that are going to get me sued -- I don't have the time or money to go to court.
