Anybody ever get told that their check was mailed? Even when you didn't receive it? My first check never got to me and I called CS. They don't care. They won't give me proof that it was mailed. No check number. No bank. No trace. Nothing. They just say that there is nothing that they can do. I am ready to leave them if I miss another check. I know that there is the epassport option. But I have never had a piece of mail lost or stolen at my address in 22 years.

This is unusual for ImLive. Myself, my friend, and other hosts I have personally spoken with have all gotten paid consistently. Are you in the US? Sometimes there's problems with mail overseas.

Also, in the future, I would opt for the Fedex option. I used Fedex and always received my check 3 to 4 days after the payperiod every time.

I take regular mail from ImLive, and Streamate.

Fedx would be your best option if your outside of Canada or the USA.

I have been on imlive for about 3 months now full time and received my checks by regular mail in Canada about 5 biz days after the mail out date which is posted in the track your earnings section.

There is a check number, and in the track your earnings section when you log-in says what day the checks are mailed out.

it's better to email CS at imlive then talk to thier call centre the people in the call centre are no help at all.

They skipped paying me once too. They say if you don't get your check, they will not be responsible nor re-issue it. They unfortunately didn't have this disclaimer before I chose the "check" option. Naturally, I will never work with them again. Sadly, I know two other girls that this has happened to.

I know that some host have to have their checks mailed to them. The mail service in my city is absolutely horrible, non-dependable, slow and unreliable. There was an article in our major newspaper about the USPS mail service in our city. Some of the stories were outrageous. I too submitted an article on my experience. So, in every instance, when I sign up for checks, I arrange for direct deposit. Only in 2 cases am I not offered that option.

Just keep in mind, that the USPS is not reliable. I wish I did not have to pay the 3rd parties for their services but I have no option.
