What happened with CamContacts?

Hello!

I`m from Latvia and some time ago I was working in CamContacts, but I was in studio. I connected internet at home and wanted to eork to my own. I registred and sent my ID documentation to them, but they don`t even answer me. I tried about 4 times, but they still don`t answer me. Maybe they don`t accept new chathosts now.

Maybe someon of U know something about this.
Please help me get info about it. I`m sending e-mails and waiting for answer almoast 3 weeks. If new chathosts registration is unavaivable or something else, why they don`t tell me it?

They have been having trouble lately with their email program. You won't get a reply if your email is hotmail and some other one I forget. Try sending from a different email address. They have an auto responder so if you get a reply saying they recieved your email then you know they should see it. There is alot of traffic there for cheap hosts. I work there sometimes when I can't get better pay else where.

I have never worked with CamContacts before. I've been thinking about joining the site and today i finally decided to register on it. Well, it took about 1 hour for me to get approved. I think you should try another email address as mistymisty said. I used my yahoo email to send paperwork to them.

I tried to send documentation from Yahoo, but still I havn`t recieved any answer.

Maybe someone had the same problem, and later U have registred and found a way how to do it. I`ll be thankfull for any info.

well i was able to register.

I had to send the things two times. the first time it was just deleted.


You need to be sure that in the subject line you write something like:

documents from "screename"

if you dont include the screename it could have gotten deleted like mine was the first time. Hope it works. And hope to see you on CC soon.

Found out they have blocked there site from Latvia ...seems they have had alot of problems with credit card fraud from there and instead of just blocking viewers they blocked anyone from latvia trying to access site...Go figure???

I see a lot of this block-this-country or block-that-country all over now. And I'm often on the blocked list!

Not just webcam, all over -- I think it is very racist -- I even tried to buy something from a jewelery company on-line and they won't sell to me without lots of extra paperwork (like driving license) because I'm Chinese!

Well I'm never going to buy anything from somone with attitude like that anyway!

Thanks to all who tried to help me, bet 1 week ago I have noticed that I can`t open CamContacts any more. Thats bad .
I sent my e-mails and used screenname in Subject, but it didn`t helped, maybe thats because they knew that there are some problems from Latvia to us Credit Cards and that why thei didn`t aprooved my documents!!!!

simce that tonight i am in post mod...well that thing happend to me too i am from Romania like almost 70% of them from here..and simce that romanian and some other countryes with developing economy does fraud alot more them others...also wanted to tell you honey that i tried to buy something onlyne from China and they didnt aprove it( a mobile phone) after i have send alot of papers trough fax and email they said NO..maybe u can help me get one:) ...another thing is that i am really curious how u look ...oh and i was wondering if u could let me get in that chathost section too:)
