Ofcourse i'll get a lawyer and go over everything with him/her.

But i'd like to know, in your own country (or anywhere were you know the law)

What recording keeping/age verifcation do i have to do for my models?

Is it just a fax with their ID card or drivers license or is it much beyond that?

I have the option of listing my company in the US or a few places in Europe, and aside from finnacial issues, i think the legal point might be an important factor.

As far as I know, if you stick to the US laws (2257 etc) and go by what documents they require then you will have what's required in any other country where this stuff is legal. A lot of sites seem to go for the Netherlands to incoporate in for this business, not sure why, but there must be a reason why so many of the bigger players choose here.

Personally, if I was registering a new company for use in this industry, I would go with the offshore option (plenty to choose from),, best option all around, not only for tax issues but also there's lots of other protection from law suits etc..
