New studios set up

Hi All,

We are now consider studios set up in Latvia, Ukraine and Bulgaria. but now it is just only thoughts and we collecting necessary information. We have some free resources to invest in that kind of business and also studio stuff. Truly say webcams business is new for us, we consider it like a kind of business diversification but in earnest about it. Therefore i have some questins which are disturbing my mind...

1. It is too late to for business set up. Huge competition, a lot of webpages, spam, fraud etc.?
2. What is an average models busy time ? And an average monthly profit from, say, one "normal" girl.
3. There are no place for rookie in webcams business now.. We need to hire also managing stuff?
4. What is the criterias of profitable model?
