How does anyone even know what country a site is from/in/whatever?
Do you mean sites where English is spoken? or sites where the webserver is on US soil?
The owner could be in the USA, the web servers could be in Europe and the company mailing address could be the Bahamas for tax reasons. And they have chathosts from every continent except Antarctica. Who knows?
Is there some difference?

247live.com main studio is in philly, billing in oregon. they have romanians and russians also.
adultcamworld.com part of peekshows has canada and one or two woman from las vegas.
there are some canadian models on preivatefeeds also.
