Exactly! We're doing our best to match our hiring to our traffic growth! No point in haveing too many girls online until the callers are there, so we're doing the hiring in little "bumps"  Doesn't matter how high the headline pay rate is if there's no customers to pay it....! We've been managing this traffic\hosts ratio for phone sex hosts for 10 years, so we know the process!
BTW, (if I can post this: edit if not ok!) the offer is not so bad I think...(and before you knock it,take a look at the site and see what the customers are paying ...£0.60 - £0.95 per minute - approx $1.15 - $1.80 per min at todays exchange rate!)
Hosts get:
No free chat, $0.60-$0.80 per min private chat, $0.20-0.30 per guest\min in group chat.
PLUS $10.00 per hour logon bonus if they maintain a chat efficiency ratio over 30% (chat time : logon time) - easy when you can hit > 100% because of multiple users in group!
Oh, and if you like ( your choice) , have the guys call you on the phone while you're on cam (or not!) ... earn youself an extra $0.30+ per min for that! (fluent english req)
And, while you're waiting for guests\calls, make the best use of the time on our virtual chat service and earn $0.10 per 10s msg (fluent english or spanish req)
We also expect to introduce a "VIP" rate for elite hosts as traffic and demand permits.
