Thanks for defining clearly your position -- but I think the point here is that it is your position, and might be different from mine or somebody else's.
And then there is the law -- which again varies, this time by country or even by 'community' if countries have laws with a "community standards" clause.
So where to draw the line is really an random exercises, and whether you are guided by ones personal standards, by the law or by something else no two people are going to end up with the same.

Of course its my position and was stated as such. There are no hard and fast rules for all situations. |

But that's the catch isn't it -- many people feel that there are absolute rules, typically their own!

A few posts ago I made the point re fisting "have to see and judge on a case by case basis" and thats in my own rules..... If my own rules are flexible and on a case by case basis ....how would I expect my rules to be absolute.
I am a US company, my Atty is US, my interpretation and enforcement of rules is based on that, my own sense of what is acceptable and a few other factors.
On my sites my rules are absolute and I would think all site owners have same rules...their own. ..... however, back to the original point...does a site stop a model undressing......That I doubt or....its not an adult site. |

I have yet to see a site tell hosts they can't go nude. However I have seen studios where they specifically train the girls how to do non-nude-tease as a money maker.
They talk about being "better class" and getting the clients to "respect" the hosts more by not asking for nudity.
If men are willing to pay for that then why should I object? Some men will pay to be beaten by a lady in leather.

didn't notice that in fact many sites have a non adult category. The original post was about JUST CHAT. ImLive has the Friends and Romance category, iFriends has Friends and Fun, Dating, Internatonal Chat, CamContacts has Making new Friends and other I don't remember the name. I also heard that LiveJasmin has one now, too.
I already performed on non adult for those 3 sites and they do not allow you to do anything else but CHAT. Ifriends can suspended you if you only stand up for the member. Imlive declines a lot of pics you take because they say it seems sensual... So, when he said about a contract that forbid nude or that the host can't go too far, I thought about these situations. |

If I may come back in here to clarify, although it's opened up some interesting issues, my original post concerned the site offer and customer expectations.
I had deliberately avoided citing sites and model names in favour of exploring the principles at stake and clearly it's a question that throws up many others.
My experience was that a model was declining to show - on an adult site - because she had, alledgedly, a contract with an advertising agency in another country (non adult) which might be jeopardised if anyone saw her.
Now, my thoughts were:-
1. If this were the case, she shouldn't really be working on an adult site.
2, The studio, if they knew this would be seated uncomfortably on the horns of a dilemma, but perhaps not so uncomfortably if they thought she would bring in revenue.
3. The site probably didn't know anything and wouldn't unless someone complained.
4. Perhaps she's just shy and making up a story which she'll go along with until she gets booted. "Well, it was good money while it lasted...all that teasing seemed to work"
5. I know, I'll post a question on Hony's site to see what others think
My view now is that someone, a model, who does this is really doing no one any favours. The customer probably feels cheated, thereby reflecting badly on the site whom ultimately she is representing. The warning Caveat Emptor is as relevant here as anywhere in the whole wide world.
Oh well, another day... another... choose your currency of choice |

I personally don't have a problem with those but in some localities these are "too far" and at least some sites ban fisting for example. And a lot of people here get uncomfortable even if you use the word "teen".

Hony...... i would not put fisting on a site but if I was aware it was happening in private I would have no problems. In free....have to see and judge on a case by case basis. Bondage....no prooblem at all....if depiction of rape in free....again case by case basis. Schoolgirl dress up is a touchy one as that is depiction of underage and again.....girls appearance would be a large part of it. A babyface dressed up as schoolgirl....probably not...... an obvious 18+ probably ok.
I have just put www.eurocammodels.com and www.trannycammodels.com through CCbill ok....next www.maturecammodels.com and www.teencammodels.com so guess I will see ccbills reaction real soon to either end of the age range.
In case you are wondering www.asiancamdollars.com is being readied for launch and these sites are being done to allow niche marketing ....its ugly and needs 3 codes as we do a lot of business with Safshop and cant cut for NATS.
www.cams2chat.com is about to go to designers for a much needed facelift then it will be marketed via www.interdollars.com which is NATS.
Hony, Teen...... I am going with ....Lolita I would not. My hard fast rules are
No kids....if needs a nanny not on my sites
No pets..... Lassie go home
No Scat ..... a little too much
No Blood letting .....that would be where I would say no to bondage if included CP
Toys, live shows, masturbation.....bring it on. |
www.5isex.com is looking for sex cams sponsor , www.hollandlove.com is looking for shemale cam or tranny webcam tranny dating sponsors. |
