what about open a studio in spain?

Hi im thinking to open a studio in spain, but im not sure at all.

can be usefull?
is a lot of money to spend on it and i dont know if will be good idea or not, what u think? can be a good idea or i will fall down and loose my money?

My suggestion is like all businesses, start small. Just a few computers, prices in Spain from what I understand for rents are not cheap, but if you have a place there start with just a few maybe 2 computers. Work on all the major sites, then grow your business depending on the amount of models you have. Studios that fail are usually due to the lack of online models on 24/7, High over head costs and management issues. Keep your start up and monthly costs down as far as possible use the time on the computers to its fullest (a model in front of it 24 hours a day usually 3 shifts of 8 or so) and you will probably do ok, that’s half the battle. The other is finding qualified models that can attract the customers, just a pretty face doesn’t always mean that model will be good, you will have to sort through the good models and the ones that just don’t produce the amount of minutes they should. Model management is just as important as having a quality webcam site to work on as well as a tech person available for any technical problems with your computers and or cam, internet related issues.
