I am getting tired of a dutch chat sites constant spamming of a mail address which i haven't even used on their site... their workers at their helpdesk, say that my email doesn't appear in their mailing list, but i still recieve their annoying spam.

so my question is to the dutch members of this board, if you have a consumer ombudsman in holland dealing with spam, or any other official spam fighting agency, alternatively the polices internet crime unit. and an email address to such spam fighting agency.

further more the site in question is violating EU regulations because they dont provide any option to say no to their spam when giving them your email (its a clear violation of EU Directive 2002/58/EC article 13)
