Yet another new cam site.

Hi all. I've been browsing here for a little while and thought I'd finially post and ask my questions.

We've developed a new web site using php with a flash com server drive in the video chats. Did most of the coding in house (borrowed where we could). Been working on it for the last 9 months or so and were getting close to launching. Everything is integrated including billing and looks like were ready to go.

The traffic question is difficult but I think I have a handle on it. We've done search engine optimization on the site and have broke down and spent some money to start ad's on google. We've also got hooked up on a couple banner exchanges one free and one that I paid for. I'm waiting to see the results before judging success or failure on that.

Now here is the real question. Models - Is there a really good way to obtain them? I've heard studio's mentioned before. Is there a list of studios out there? How do they work? Is it a flat fee or a combination of flat fee and per minute split?

I have a friend that is very successful in the phone sex industry and we though of using the same recruiting tactics but I'm not sure.

So thats my dilema for now. I feel confident in the software (expecting some bugs) but we have the ability to change that. Just worried about traffic and models. Traffic is going to be some trial and error. The model part I could really use some advise on.

if you want good models, try to keep them happy.

I've been cammingfor a few years, mainly on dutch and belgian boxes, and in the beginning it was al fine, but every site reaches its point where they end up having way to much girls.

So for us camgirls, its best to keep to group of camgirls as small as possible, and as big as needed for you of course.

But once you start to have to much girls, the quality of the shows will go down, and you will start to loose clients again. Cause the girls will start working more and more on the better sites.

So if you want to make a lot of money, seeks girls that you can trust and can earn those $$$ that every other site promises, (and a 60/40 split would be nice too but if the girls make enough $$$ they split doesnt really mather)

If you wish to have many girls

You should collect them for the beginning. I do not think that girls for wish to swing one more software a chat a room on the PC

At me 4 sites already cost on PC and I PC is very strongly loaded

I would advise to make you for the beginning what girls worked in Yahoo MSN show and to make for them CCBILL.
To create good conditions and later talk with them about that that they would start to work already normally on your site.

Trust me you cannot compete to greater sites and girls will pay attention only to them.
