I had the opportunity to take a model from that site private tonight. She previously worked on another site so I can offer a comparison.
1) f4f costs more up to 1.50 a minute more
2) video was worse.. the model admitted she wasn't sure if it was a studio problem or a f4f problem
3) previous site had the time remaining count down in 5 second increments, f4f was one minute.
4) Chat frame would refresh entirely, very irritating. Not necessary to do that.
I know this is one of the most popular sites, but it really isn't all that good in my opinion.

I'd agree that F4F has fallen behind some of the other big sites of late (for me the most noticable is PrivateFeeds), so I emailed their ultra friendly support team...
Upgrade of both video and chat is planned for March. 
(Personally, I hope they simplify some of their screens a bit too - they can take a while to load and often a couple of the squillion frames give up  ) |

| I will beleive it when I see it. I agree, private feeds is heads above peeks and f4f and 90% of the rest. |
