perhaps you could take another look at cozycontacts.net. There's been some revisions which make the site easier to manuver. More hosts have been added and are active. 
Design changes are simplier to follow. I would like to repute the suggestion that Cozy did not pay in 2003. That is a false statement. I am aware of the person (s) you are referring to but won't go into it here. If you would like more details please let me know and I will supply you with such.If you ask anyone on Cozy you will see that Cozy pays and pays quickly. We use epassporte for payment and hosts get paid on Fridays. Instant payment... no waiting for checks in the mail. We offer different payment methods. Epassporte is only one and costs nothing to the host. Western Union if they so choose and that does cost the host for the cost of the western union, unless of course they make 500 or more that week, then we pay for the western union.
