Need chat hosts

Hello, yes it's me, Carlos. As I'm getting my live cam chat site ready, I'm wondering if there is an easier way of getting chat hosts and studios to join my site to add content? I'm kinda doing it the long way by talking to people who know people who know people and frankly i'm realizing that no one knows anyone.

And lastly, what is a reasonable % to offer chat hosts if I do not own a studio?

I'm pretty amazed at the wide range of percentages offers -- from 35% to 50%. If you are good to your chathosts they will be better to you though!

Not making them go through lots of paperwork and accepting people from all countries is the way to go.

Why do some sites put restrictions on countries? Is there a law restricting this kind of stuff? Did I miss out on a court ruling somewhere? I see no reason to do that. I welcome all women and men from all over the world. The more the merrier.

As for why restrictions -- what I hear is that there are plenty of crooks who are playing various ripoffs, and for whatever reason there has developed this idea that they are mostly from Romania. So some sites ban people from Romania. Seems silly to me, there are crooks everywhere!

The problem in Germany is that a lot of people (mostly bloody beginners) try to make new camsites, so a lot of new sites exist but none of these sites has traffic. the most of this smaller camsites flop after a time.

This is the reason why german chathosts dont like it to work on new sites.

So if you need chathosts you had to convince your chathosts that you are serious and are able to generate traffic.

Another possibility (some german sites do this) is to pay your chathost in the first month only for being online on your site.

In Germany exists a lot of boards only for chathosts, you can advertise there.

I know that most german sites dont accept chathosts from eastern europe. Mostly these chathosts work in studios for less money, this is the reason.

hehe indeed i think most of them are from romania. I am a romanian too not a crook though. Romania "gives birth" to the most intelligent people that dont concentrate their intelligence where they should. AS some would say here ...why work when u can steal? Well its a fact here.Beeing honest in romania is not a good deal anymore.some make it with honesty and hard work but more make it with lies and running ove the true ones. That was it...just felt inspired
