Hi everyone! First off, I just want to say how cool your website is, you really have honest reviews of all the webcam sites out there and actually it's been a really useful tool for us to study up on our competition and develop what we hope is a site that is better than the rest - www.MyFreeCams.com

I'd like to get everyone's opinion on our site and let us know how we can improve it!

Unlike many of the sites out there, our site is a friendly community with models and surfers and almost everything is offered for free. We are eager to get your feedback!

It should be just a giant cam directory portal its a bit confusing and it already looks like a tgp gallery.

and what percentage does the model get from the looks of it not much.
and saying how much you can make right away as a model is a bit over kill now a days all the sites are saying it and really it all depends on the models and how well they promote themself and how well they talk to thier custuomers.

one my good days I make $210.00 and on my bad days I make $10.00 so saying you can make this much an hour is really an over kill since its all about the model and how much they really want to make that money in thier room.

and to offer cam girls how you will even buy them camera is really honestly ridiculous you know how many models would join just to get the camera and then leave once they get it and walk away from you. You should make them make the effort of showing you how serious they are about working on the site.

and now adays in north america and I am one of them I use wireless internet connection when I am away from my home computer. Since I bring my same camera and capture device most custuomer do not notice the change in my video performence because I have the same camera all the time.

and now of days the majority of cam sites do not have a registration/set up fee because they take out thier own percentage.

and that is pretty much what I can think of right now. as coming from a cam model who has been doing cams for 2 years as a full time income.

The site looks a bit garish & busy.. hard on the eyes. Honestly it does not look that special... certainly not classy and the green color is not sexy, red or pinks maybe.. a bit of color theory should be studied perhaps. For $6 per min private I think you need a more UPSCALE look.
$6.00 per minute for private chat is high considering you do not offer cam2cam, which would possibly make it worth it? Not that I think the girls are not worth that fee, but most men are very cheap & money minded.. especially with all the sites & girls giving it away or damned near, just want to blow for the lowest price possible... good luck with the $6 per minute.. wish all sites would up the prices!!!
The pay scale you quoted in the last message differs from the one on your site for model sign up? Is it 50% or 60%?
The detailed answer: Unlike so many other webcam sites out there, we pay you 50% (not 30 or 40% which is the industry standard). In addition, we have several money-making tools as a supplement to the standard 1-on-1 time from which you will also earn commisions. Here is a brief list:

1) Private Time - When someone requests a private show with you, they are paying about $6 per minute.

2) Voyeur Time - When you are in a private show, other members are given the chance to peek in on the show for about $2 per minute.

The fact that there is no option for non-free chat kills it for me. No way.. we all know it does not take much for some of the wankers to blow, so free chat is really counter productive in my opinion.
