| Can enybody tell me something about the sites that pay the models in a fix amount of $$ per hours online? |

No webcam sites pay per hour -- you would have to work for a studio to get a deal like that. But it is always better to work for yourself, but you have to work. It isn't just about sitting around looking pretty -- you have to please the people who want to watch you or they won't stay around!

Who will pay only 30% ? I think nobody will work for that little when 50% is so common.

| I know oncamlive pays 30% to the models also I think all4uca( it uses streamray software) pays 35% and some others pay 40% byt they are not so well known and donthave a lot of traffic. some sites have special offer for the studios ( sites which need traffic and they ask studios keep 8-10 girls online during 8-12 hours ) and they add them some money for duing this. |

I don't understand only 30%. iFriends has 50%. Why do anybody go to other site?

| Yes they have some girls and I think its studios most part. At iFriends I think its big promotion needed because it keeps growing up and last time I saw 1700 girls just in women home alone. For me Ifriends is not as busy as iut was 1 or 2 years ago unfortunately |

| I am not sure Hony, as you are saying, who would work for 30%, if some other site gives you 50%. As I have also some other bussiness activities, I think, there are more aspects of it, as only the rate. For example, what you get for the rate (marketing, number of users, serious payments). I dont want to defend the 30% rate, since as a studio owner, I would also prefer highest possible rate, just a thought. Especially because I am thinking about cooperation with DXLive, which has just 30%. What do you think? |

I think the difference is 30% at a site where there are only 10 girls and a hundred guys is more useful than 50% at a site with 100 girls and 10 guys.

| Yes, of course this model is clear, but sometimes, it is not that simple to define, how many customers (guys, according to you) are visiting the page, more precise, which page has higher paying customer ratio (customer who possess a credit card, willing to use it) |

I'm simplifying of course but the girls who are really showing on webcam sites for profit -- they are going to be motivated to find those that get them the best income for a set time.
Actually I find it more fun to work at sites where the "charges" are very low because it means more people are willing to play and there is more fun. Otherwise you can sit around for hours doing nothing waiting for someone to come into chat with you.

Yes, actually, I did understand, that your intentions were somehow slightly different from the ones I have 
The other thing is of course, that nobody wants to see and chat with bored girl. This was an issue, when I was thinking how to solve it without personally guarding the girls. Finally I decided to install on the computers "PC anywhere", which gives me (or someone) the ability to watch, what they are doing, and simultaneously help those, who have problems with english without being seen by the customer. The second thing is not to uninstall IE, but this is to be watched. |

I think the only solution to bored girls is to invite girls who don't find this boring! Some poeple love chatting online and will do it for hours anyway (for free) -- you have to find that personality!
Like any "profession" -- if you find the job boring you will do it badly. The successful people are the ones who find the job entertaining -- true if you are an accountant or you are a chathost!

I totally agree, you have to actually like it to get anywhere as a chathost! I mean I love sex, love showing off, and have great fun chatting. So even though I probably wouldn't be doing quite so many hour or quite so hard core for "free" I'm sure even if there wasn't sites where I can get paid I'd still be online a lot of the time chatting at least.
I guess it's bad but I just get a rush when the guys go crazy for me -- when I'm in the mood anyway. Othertimes they just seem like jerks!
