Introduction - CamExtazy

Hello Everyone,

I would like to introduce myself. My name is James Miller, with CamExtazy.com. We're a fairly new site, and we're looking for some good studios, and chat hosts to partner up with. We're willing to pay up to 80% of the gross revenue, which is unprecedented in this industry. CamExtazy is very innovative, it's based on Yahoo's Instant Messaging and Webcam feeding technology. (Honey, if you could please review it, that'd be great - but keep in mind that we are new, and are just getting things in place - also, we'd love to have you as a chat host!!).
Granted, we don't have tons of traffic yet, but we're working on that. Our webmaster affiliate program should be up and running very soon, and we will be partnering most likely with ARS (adrevservice.com).
What's great about our site is that none of your models have to sit in a chat room and wait for people to come into the room and talk to them. Anytime one of our users wants to chat with a host, the host receives an instant message through Yahoo. This means that your models can work on other sites AS WELL AS CamExtazy - you're not limited to working with us exclusively. All you have to do is have each of your models create a Yahoo screen name, and then remember to have them sign in to Yahoo using that screen name whenever they are online and available to work. So, really you have nothing to lose by joining us!! We're offering up to 80% of the gross revenue (between 70-80%, based on the amount of min/week your models generate), so you'd have to be crazy not to! It seems everyone has questions about Studios. I have been involved with several, and it seems having them based in the East is the most logical thing to do. I know several people who make big $$$ because they pay their girls a couple of dollars a day (no more than $20), and keep the rest. The girls love them too, because a couple of dollars converts to a nice sum of money in a lot of foreign currencies (depending upon where exactly). I think the most important thing is to make sure that your girls are fluent in english, and that they know how to "work the cam" and effectively entice their chatters into private shows. Believe it or not (I'm sure Hony will agree) there are many effective techniques and strategies for chatting that will yield you 2X+ as many private minutes than if you did not train your girls. For example, one that works good is when the girl says "this is boring, I'm going to go to sleep now/leave now". The guys all say "No, don't leave!". And then she comes back with "Well, no one want's to talk to me, so why should I stay?". You get the idea. Anyway, my point is that you need to train your girls, and make sure they are fluent in English (or whatever language your partner site is in). Then all you need to do is make sure that you partner with a good site that pays well (like CamExtazy.com ;>)

James, welcome, thanks for the good introductioin post. I moved it to the general area as this is of general interest - not just studio bosses.

One tip, ARS is a pain because they don't accept webmaster from my country!

hehe..ARS already has homesexnetwork.com as one of biggest parteners....i really dont think they will add another webcam site
