F4F wants models to be record keepers?

Just found out F4F I guess is trying to side step the 2257 requirements. They are asking new hosts to provide contact info for the Custodian of Records. Well I dont think the hosts really know what that means. IE public recrods issue, just thought it was interesting tho. Funny how some people just dont get this 1st and 2nd producer thing or they think they can dance around the issue. Trying to push off the producer responsibility to the host wont work, I dont think the government will see it that way.
If you are providing the host with the software to broadcast the stream you are the producer. If the hosts stream connects to your server and customers connect to that server, you are producing that broadcast. If you are taking money from the customer then you are the producer.
iFriends also has up some rather large info on their 2257, but from what i can see they got their act together. Even providing a searchable DB as required by the law. You must contact them to get the password to search it but I thought it was interesting how quickly they got that in order. Only shows that they are truly the Juggernaut in this business lol.
I thought about this, figuring if the host and the customer are the ones who enable the show then who would be the producer. IE the hosts 90% of the time have to agree to let the customer view them, paying or not, and the customer purchasing the time could both be classified as 1st and 2nd producers. But as it turns out its on your server and you are taking money for it so you are the producer.
