I see on this forum people asking all kinds of questions that I never thought of before reading, so... here I am posting a 2nd consecutive Topic:

My PC configuration is:
- P4 / 3 Ghz
- 1024 DDR dual channel
- 128ddr/256 MB Video Card
- WebCam Philips ToUcam PRO II
etc...
But my Internet connection I believe is weak. I don't know most technical terms, but the provider sais it's 128 kb/s - and as I try to download a video from... let's say Yahoo! Mail / Inbox, it opens at an average of 30Kb/s.
How do I check my upload speed?
How many frames per second will I be able to perform videochat with? Woud that be enough?
Can I go live on several sites at the same time? How?

Please do give links (if available) to any suggested programs I should download.
