Once I proceed in taking the Administrative or Public Snapshot, Windows sais:
521: The JPEG control is not registered.
therefore not being able to create the Snapshot.
I called ImLive, they've sent this e-mail to me:
In your Browser go to: TOOLS / INTERNET OPTIONS / SETTINGS / VIEW OBJECTS
where a list of files will be found (including EyeBall), etc.
That took me to Downloaded Program Files - BUT where I have found NO EyeBall.
What should I do?

| Read further down, I believe another person had this same problem, and posted the fix. |

YES, but he/she found the answer to the problem from an e-mail ImLive sent to him/her. The same e-mail ImLive sent to me, but it doesn't fix my problem - though is the same.
The e-mail sais that I sould find in Dowloaded Program Files something called "EyeBall" - which I don't. Actually, there's nothing in My Computer found when using "EyeBall" as search word(s). |

The Windows "Search" is highly unreliable and unlikely to find the required system file.

Well, that sure helps a lot. Is EyeBall a program/file that has to be there just by installing Windows into computer? Or EyeBall's gotta be downloaded from somewhere? 'Cause I talked to a few friends in the mean time and asked them to see if they find any EyeBall... and the answer from each one was "no".
And if so, where do I get this EyeBall from? |

eyeball is the component for ImLive videochat. when you first go to imlive it downloads onto your computer. the same for the chathost and the members. do as the email tells you from their support. its there you just have to find it. the same happened to me on imlive and the tech support email sounds confusing but follow it and youll get it. |
