This site has women owners/management and this can be a downfall for other potential girls looking for a job. I applied there once and the manger/owner who looked over my application stated your application was "vague" and "you need to tell me more about yourself, make me like you". I never heard of making a woman happy to get a job. Also one of the owners insults their own customers. They have a new feature where if you don't pay high rates of advertising, you will not get noticed on the site, put on the bottom of the list. This is as bad as www.cams.com where the lower the rate you as for, the higher you will be placed on the site. It is an aweful business.
