Seems that Wellcams is no longer well, they gave up the ghost sometime in 2008 so delisted 30 Sep 2008. Wellcams
Ok enough messing around, this a small and decent enough looking cam site using the WebVideo software just like the gay site cupidocam.com (and many other beside these days).
Each model has a gallery of her pics available, though in a pop-up so you'll want to turn off your pop-up blockers at this site. The gallery pics are standard cam grabs so of limited size/quality but the ones I saw were nicely posed. In the Who's Online Now page there are good thumbnails labeled up front with name, age and location. I can see three hosts from Russia online at the moment and that's all, but it's off peak time right now. Offline there are hosts from the usual Ukraine, Chezh, Poland, Philippines -- then slightly further afield we have Germany, Italy and Botswana (a stunning blond too) as well as a smattering of other countries. Romania is noticeable by it's absence from the list. Oh hum. Pricing is clearly indicated on each hosts profile page -- Private: 2.50 credits VIP: 4.00 credits says one while another is Private: 3.00 credits VIP: 5.00 credits . You can go into free video chat with the models without any registration, but when you do decide to join you just give yourself a username and password, and give your email address (it isn't checked). Then you can purchase credits which are basically $1/credit. Either via PSBill (who?) or via MyVirtualCard -- either of which is going to want your credit card for payment. There are no other payment options (no phone, no charge cards). Each host sets her own prices per minute for her show. The shows can theoretically be between 1 and 10 credits per minute but in practice I didn't see anybody asking as much as 10. You can see each model's prices in her profile and prior to any show you will receive a message with the cost per minute of that show. Also you may give the model tips, those prices are on the menu for "Make Tips". Some of the models in free chat are doing free TEXT chat only, no video, and it just shows a profile picture of them until you pay up. Others are doing free VIDEO chat though -- all fully clothed that I saw -- but hey, it's cold in Russia at the moment! The WebVideo allows tipping so you can give 1-10 dollar tips in "free" chat if you want to as well. Joining up as a host is pretty standard, there are a published set of rules -- and they do say "For non-observance the rules you will be banned on the first occurrence". So no warnings there! You need to upload all your age proof documents; photo, ID, release forms and so on using the web interface when you make your profile. At that time you can also block visitors by country, state, zip etc. On your payment options they offer wire , check or paypal -- hm, that's not good. I don't suppose that last option will be there for long. Nowhere can I see what payment % they are offering though -- that's the critical info and it isn't there, or at least not very obvious if it is. They are also encouraging studios to join and have a separate signup process for studio managers.
