I can see GirlMeeting is designed with more care.  I particularly appreciate the 'Girls Finder' which they allow you to search by various criteria and including language spoken.  As you know that I am Chinese and I  do have some Chinese viewers in this site.  So once I asked big webcam sites like ifriends whether the viewer can search by language and they simply asked me to look for the tiny national flag symbols of each girl on the who's online page (In Dec 2003, ifriends has over 1600 chathosts online and 99 of them are Asians.  Good luck!)

Basic registration is free and no credit card is required but unfortunately there is only free text chat but no free video chat.  You can access the girls' galleries once you are registered. 

They don't use credits here.  Charges are about US$1.5 to US$2.5 per minute  and averaging at about US$1.99.
