It seems to be a German site, with plenty of girls on line.  Last time I checked the categories were like this:

GirlsCam [110] ChatCam [78] Pärchen [11] Fetisch [39] Videos [60] BoysCam [9]

As the site is entirely in German it really looks as though they are not interested in viewers or hosts from outside Germany.  One of our regulars in the forum wrote to them asking if he could join in English and was told that they did not accept USA credit cards, so that's the end of that I think.

Nevertheless a German chathost has said they are one of the major sites in Germany and there seems to be no issues with their reputation.
