29 March 2003:  Here's something new over at ifriends, they have made their cam software work with the a remote control webcam mount!  So you get a little joystick like this:

Then you can move the joystick to move the camera yourself!  Read about it here, then join up to try here.  Let me know how you feel about it, either as a chathost or as a viewer, by leaving me a message in the forums.

24 March 2003: Camcontacts is promoting their new software for chathosts.  Seems to have advantages, but I'm worried about that automatically updating feature.  Don't want to get into the situation as with iFriends where they do updates to add new features which we the hosts don't really want.  If anybody has tried it, please let me know your thoughts!

22 March 2003: Here's something different, I just downloaded and have been playing with this program called Webcam Watcher.  It's a tool that lets you watch lots of different webcams as thumbnails and record them to pictures or even videos.  Not suitable for the pay-site webcams, but it is great if you want to monitor the Times Square webcam, or some of the free camgirl cams.

18 March 2003:  I first saw India on her website Wicked Garden, a name which I think gives you an idea of her style!

India: I first used a home-cam two years ago, a little eyeball cam, lol. I've just upgraded for the second time, from an Intel to a camcorder... wow, what a difference!

15 March 2003: As it is so popular (I wonder why) I have added some more links to the "iFriends Categories" page that lets you go direct to the uncensored pictures of webcam girls.

8 March 2003: I added another sites to the directory, peekshows.  Not worked out how to add them to the console yet though, I think I have to get an age verification service before I can do that.  You can get free chat but have to give over your credit card # -- just in case you want to try a for-pay private show.  Last night spent far too long watching/chatting to this really cool Thai girl called ChynaWhite.

4 March 2003: How's your German?  If it is ok you should check out kinopoly.  At least I think you should (I can't read German at all).  I'll have to ask Keykey to translate for me!  Anyway I can see they are promoting imlive; which is certainly a good thing to do -- I think imlive is turning into a solid competitor to ifriends; nice clean interface and cheap "Happy Hour" too.
