Updated 28 September 2002: you should take a look at Peegoo. It is similar to ifriends but much smaller of course, about a year old it looks like.  Better pay for the hosts, I'm not sure at the moment if that means better or worse for the viewers.  Updated 5PM: Here's an interesting voyeur site; free "receptionist", but the gag is that you can choose your camera angle -- including one underneath the glass seat she is sitting on.  :)  See it here.
