10 January 2003:  Someone left feedback to ask why I had not listed icucams, well I think I did at some point but anyway lets mention them again.  Small site -- exactly 12 girls on-line right at the moment.  Tell me what you think! 

Then he recommended another ok looking small site, about 10 girls on line, but with half of those in free teaser chat:  spread4u. The free chat is good, java based, but two things to note.  NO picture shows until you enter a chat name (a name for yourself) into the window on the bottom right.  Secondly, the cam window is only about half the size of the free chat window at cumtv.

Also recommended by this same person is buzzcams, though in my mind -- would I trust a business that can't even spell (or spell-check) their own website??
